Terms of Use

mystrix is a gamified e-commerce platform. Every contest entry is a guaranteed purchase of real, physical products. When you reveal your bundle you are not risking your money — you are choosing a fun, surprise-style way to shop.

mystrix operates as a retail business. Contest entry fees are the purchase price for the surprise-selected products you receive. All products are physical goods sourced, stocked, and delivered by us.

Each contest has a fixed entry price. When you enter, the bundle reveal determines how many surprise items you unlock. Each item includes one or more real products chosen from the contest's product pool.

• Value guarantee: Certain wheel positions (landing on 1 or 2 boxes) carry a minimum product-value guarantee, meaning the products you receive meet or exceed a stated cost floor.
• Rarity tiers: Products are categorised as Common, Uncommon, Rare, or Jackpot. Higher-rarity products appear less frequently but carry higher value.
• Stock-based selection: The platform only assigns products that are in stock. If a product category runs out, the system falls back to the next available tier to ensure you always receive something.

The wheel outcome is determined by a server-side random process at the moment of your spin. Results cannot be manipulated by the user or the platform after payment is confirmed.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in contests.
• You must provide accurate registration information (name, email, phone, delivery address).
• One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• mystrix reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Contest entry fees are processed securely via our payment partner (Razorpay). By completing payment you confirm your purchase.

• No refunds after spin: Once the wheel has been spun and products assigned, the transaction is complete. Refunds are not available at this stage because real inventory has been allocated to your order.
• Failed payment: If your payment fails or is declined, no spin occurs and no products are allocated. You will not be charged.
• Disputed charges: Contact us at info@mystrix.in within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Defective or incorrect products: If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, we will replace it. Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Ensure it is accurate — we are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses.
• Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by location and courier availability.
• For in-store contests (offline mode), products are handed over at the counter upon presenting your pickup reference number.
• If a specific product becomes unavailable after your spin (e.g., damaged in warehouse), we will substitute it with a product of equal or higher C2C value.

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to participate in contests.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the wheel algorithm or product selection logic.
• Resell platform credits, rewards, or accounts.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another user or mystrix staff.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending orders without refund.

All content on mystrix — including the brand name, logo, platform design, product photography, and contest mechanics — is the property of mystrix and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

mystrix is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the entry fee paid for the specific contest in dispute.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including courier delays, natural disasters, or payment processor outages.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of mystrix after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
